A casual weekly breathwork session designed to take some space for yourself to practice your breathing. We don’t go into the theory behind the breath in these short sessions, just dive right in.
Tuesday nights at 7:30 - 8pm NZ time. Join from anywhere.
This is a donation-based mini session. Please give what you are able. The recommended donation is $10-$15 per session but the idea is for this to be accessible to all.
