This is an opportunity to practice some of the breathing exercises that will help your body to get out of it’s daily ‘fight or flight’ state and into it’s ‘rest and digest’ state. We’ll also be aiding sleep, strengthening the diaphragm and reducing breathlessness.

As this is a mini session of just half an hour, we won’t be diving into the detail and theory behind breathwork as we do during the online courses and masterclass. Instead we’ll just be jumping straight into practicing breathwork together and giving your body the opportunity to recover from the pressures of everyday life.

This is a donation-based mini session. Please give what you can afford. The suggested donation is $10-$15 per session but the idea is for this to be accessible to all.
